Mile for me, I am concerned that the extra time required may put many people off. The 300M challenge was appealing to many because it didn't take long and you could therefore have many attempts. 10K will only be attempted by a few and not many will go twice.
Does Mrs T also get to vote?
I shall be going for the RT this weekend. I just managed 20mins this evening at avg pace 1.54/500. Nopain from the knee. So I think I can push harder on the RT.
